How to start using Business Email and Enterprise Email (Flockmail)?

Setting up domain for Flockmail

All you need to do is to go to DNS Zone of your domain and add the following MX records: 

mx1.flockmail.com
mx2.flockmail.com

And these TXT records: 

v=spf1 include:spf.flockmail.com include:spf.mx.hostinger.com include:relay.mailchannels.net ~all

v=DMARC1;p=none;sp=none;adkim=r;aspf=r;pct=100

How to setup Flockmail on your devices? (Such as Outlook, thunderbird, etc.)

You need to setup it using these details:

For IMAP (incoming emails)

imap.flockmail.com
Port 993 SSL/TLS

For POP (incoming emails)

pop.flockmail.com
Port 995 SSL/TLS

For SMTP (outgoing emails)

smtp.flockmail.com
Port 587 STARTTLS

How to access your Flockmail?

You can access Flockmail via this link - flockmail.hostinger.TLD (for example, Hostinger.in clients will access via flockmail.hostinger.in)

You can manage your accounts in Email Control Panel:

Business Email Flockmail

• 10GB storage
• Antivirus check
• Unlimited Email aliases
• Unlimited Forward only Accounts
• Mail, calendar, contacts, video (the video function creates a conference at flockmeeting.flock.com; the invitation link will be sent by email)

Enterprise Email Flockmail

• 30GB storage
• Antivirus check 
• Unlimited Email aliases
• Unlimited Forward only Accounts
• Mail, calendar, contacts, video (the video function creates a conference at flockmeeting.flock.com; the invitation link will be sent by email)

NOTE: The password of an email account can only be changed through the Manage button in hPanel (redirects to https://manage.flockmail.com/)
